My Journey to The Reset Method

My wellness journey was far from perfect.

For years, I battled digestive issues, bloating, and constant fatigue. I was doing everything right (or so I thought)—trying different diets, spending thousands on supplements, even turning to holistic medicine. But no matter what I did, I still felt stuck.


When I became an entrepreneur, stress pushed my body to its limits. My gut issues worsened, my energy crashed, and I started leaning on comfort foods (and let’s be real—a little too much wine) just to cope.


It wasn’t until I stopped chasing quick fixes and focused on resetting my metabolism, hormones, and habits that everything changed. I rebuilt my gut health from the ground up, learned how to fuel my body, and stopped punishing myself with unrealistic diets.

Why I Created The Reset Method

As a new mom, I know what it feels like to have to start over.
